The 30-storey ‘The Ellis’ in Salcedo Village will feature ‘first-of-its-kind’ amenities for the young, highly-mobile market. The tower will have 237 units ranging from studio (24 sqm to 34.5 sqm) and executive studio loft with balcony (64 sqm), executive one-bedroom with balcony (64 sqm to 69 sqm) to two-bedroom with balcony (75 sqm) and executive two-bedroom with balcony (121.5 sqm). Special units called ‘Link Units’ are also available, which is a combination of either studio and one-bedroom (63.5 sqm) or studio and two-bedroom (103 sqm). Among them is the CoLab Spaces, a creative, non-conventional open working space where residents can simply walk in, plug in their laptops and work. This hall, curated to inspire and spark creativity and a sense of community will be provided with complimentary fast-speed Wi-Fi. There will also be a Town Hall, a contemporary space for casual socials, intimate galas, friendly get-togethers, art exhibits, movies and even music sessions. More features of the development include a Fitness Center, as well as Lap and Kiddie Pools with outdoor deck, for al fresco poolside experience with the Makati skyline on the backdrop.
